Using a pressure cooker is much easier than you might think. Add your ingredients, close the lid and set your pressure. Once the pressure is reached, start your cooking time. Easy to Use.

The pressure regulator knob is equipped with three positions: Pressure, Release and Clean. The yellow pressure indicator will rise when pressure has been reached and go back down when pressure has been released. The automatic locking handle will click into place and will not open when pressure is built inside. The silicone gasket on the underside of the lid creates an airtight seal needed to build pressure.
